This is not therapy on the spot. It’s not a motivational chat. It’s not me telling you what you should feel or do.

This is a free, private call where we:

  • Talk through what’s actually going on for you
  • Identify why loneliness or disconnection has crept in
  • Work out whether ongoing support would genuinely help

If it’s not the right fit, there’s no pressure. No obligation.

Why work with me?

I’m Kate May.

I work online with men who feel stuck, disconnected, or worn down — often after difficult relationships, breakups, or years of just coping without support.

I’ve spent decades working in male-dominated environments. I understand how men think, how they speak, and what usually stops them from reaching out.

I don’t preach. I don’t judge. And I won’t sugar-coat the truth.

 

What Happens After the Call

After we talk, one of three things will happen:

  1. You’ll leave with clarity — even if we don’t work together
  2. We’ll agree on a short-term plan to help you reconnect and stabilise
  3. I’ll recommend ongoing online sessions if they’re genuinely useful

You stay in control and everything we discuss is confidential.
