Whether online or in-person, each session is calm, supportive and tailored to you.

We’ll start with a relaxed chat to explore what you’re facing, then I’ll use the best therapy approach—like Hypnotherapy, NLP or IEMT to help you move forward. Sessions last about an hour, and you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter and more in control.

1. IEMT

2. Clinical Hypnotherapy
